135k servicing
just did my 135k servicing. ran out of royal purple oil so i picked up 4 bottles of redline 10W40 oil. also bought 3 bottles of MT90 redline manual transmission oil for change to change at 140k.
130k servicing
Did my oil change today using 10W40 Royal Purple oil as Mxtradings was out of Amsoil 10W40.
Replaced my brake pads as well with n brake pads.
Total cost $155. Brought my own oil and oil fiter.
NRG oil catch tank
new oil catch tank from nrg installed in my ride. a little too big and was having trouble finding a place to put it.
Fan Belt Change
went over to DKC tampines to solve a ringing sound coming from my engine bay. turned out to be my fan belt. got it changed at $68, problem solved :)

HKS Red Edition Super Power Flow
felt like spending some money, drove down to Garage R and got myself a red HKS super power flow reloaded. S$300+ with silicon hose and labour.
Replica Greddy RZ BOV
Changed my BOV at boostzone in jb... the stock PBV was leaking boost, peak boost was only at 0.3bar, finally gotten back my lost boost...
White pole light
My pole light burned out and thus had to get it changed at motec. They didnt have stocks for the orange one so i went for white instead... looks kindly weird with my stock orange lights
Jasma Radiator
Changed to thicker aluminium radiator today at Boostzone (www.boostzone.com.my), cost me rm400. Very pleased with it, my water temps are now lower even with continuous boosting :)
New Shoes!
Finally! after so many years of waiting, finally got the budget to change new rims! much lighter than my previous OZ supperleggera!
Also got my oil change, 80k. Next oil change 85k. Use back Redline 5W30 oil
Pro-Rs Steel Brake Hose
Changed my stock brake hose to Pro Rs steel brake hose together with my clutch and engine mounting change. The seller from JB actually delivered the hose straight to my workshop even before i transfered money to him!

Myvi Passo!
Went to Topspeed Exhaust near Taman Sentosa to weld a new exhuast tip as my current one is too "loud" and might attract the wrong attention. Gotten a smaller HKS tip lookalike from them, total cost RM90. Sorry no pictures.
Parked outside was a Myvi convert to Passo from Mutiara, friendly owner. :) Had a nice chat with him while waiting for my ride to be done.

Clutch + Engine Mounting Change
Send my car in to Spec Autoworks in JB for change of Clutch + Engine Mounting. Took the chance to bore my throttle body and skim flywheel as well. Hopefully the change of engine mounting will solve the "plok plok" sound i am experiencing now. Car should feel like new with less in cabin vibrations with new engine mounting and new clutch. I am expecting lighter throttle with the skim flywheel and bore throttle body with butterfly plate change.
Odor reads 79k, coming up to 80k in just 400km more which is about a week from now.
Used back all original parts bought from Chop Aik Huat for $510 (includes $33.46 GST). Clutch is the same as the one used in the YRV turbo manual and its exedy, made in Japan.
The engine mounting however is black, the original ones found in my Sirion is silver in colour. The uncle told me that the engine mounting for the newer 07 batch of Sirion is black and is better than the 05/06 batch of Sirions with the silver mounting. *shrugs*
Breakdown on the cost:
1) 3 Engine Mounting - $250
2) Clutch Cover - $100
3) Clutch Disc - $80
4) Clutch Bearing - $48
Gearbox oil is Redline MTL at $20.50 per Quart.

Silicon Radiator Hose
Changed my radiator hose to silicon hose by Works Engineering as my stock ones were leaking. Always see coolant on my gearbox, likely to be caused after installation of my Dsport thermostat. Anyway, no more leaking already.
Damage for the hose is RM350, bought from Works Engineering in Permas Jaya...very poor now :( http://www.works-engineering.com/

Exhaust Mounting Change
Changed my exhaust mounting as the muffler was hitting against my rear bumper making knocking noise... it was secured with cable tie.. :D
Got it changed last week together with lawrence at Topspeed, an exhaust shop in Taman Sentosa. Damage was rm5 for each mounting, total 3 mountings :) no pictures thou. milleage was about 71k during the change.
Throttle Body Servicing + Oil Catch Tank!
My throttle body havent been cleaned for the last 3 years, 70k already. Was very very black and dirty inside. Had it cleaned in Msia today as well, damage is rm80.
After cleaning, the throttle response is better/lighter and idling is more stable as well!
At the same time, i installed an oil catch tank. damage for that is rm180 plus installation. Nice engine bay dress-up... also helps in keeping my throttle body clean.

Oil Change
Did an oil change today in Malaysia... bought my own engine oil and oil filter. Labour cost = RM15. :D
Next oil change at 80K ! I change oil often at around 7 - 8k as i'm using stainless steel filter which is not very good at filtering.
oh, changed to magnetic oil drain plug as well. cost = rm30

Belt + Pulley Change
Got my fan belt changed (70k), at the same time installed my lighten Alternator, Tensioner & Water pump pulley. Have to say, its a waste of money mod, cant feel any performance increase. My pickup is still as bad as before.

Hopefully will help improve my weak pickup that i'm having now. Consist of Alternator, Tensioner & Water pump pulley. I already have the lighten crank pulley installed. Will be installing them soon together with my belt change :)
My first Accident... :(
Had my first accident on 29/04/2009 after driving for close to 5years. Side to side accident with a Honda Civic. He wanted to claim my insurance at first but we settled on a mutual agreement as it was a side collision and claim is 50 50, no point claiming insurance. We both agreed to pay the damages on our own so case close from there.
Was quoted $200 to respray and knock back the bumper and fender.

Full Synthetic Engine Oil, Copper Spark plugs, Oil filter
65,000 - Engine flush + oil change(Redline 5W30) after Melaka trip, Gearbox oil change to Redline, Aircon flush, Radiator flush(Toyota Long Life Coolant)
70,000 - Spark Plugs changed to Denso Iridium IK20.
Just received my pulleys, will be changing to them soon, at the same time change alternator belt. Thankfully, my car runs on timing chain and not belt :)
